The Housing Support Staff’s primary responsibilities are to ensure the mental and physical safety and wellbeing of the tenants in the program, support other staff with various needs, facilitate psychoeducational groups as needed, and complete various administrative tasks. Additionally, Housing Support Staff will assist with ensuring the trauma-informed and harm-reduction model is upheld at all times.
