Position Summary: Wasauksing First Nation is accepting applications for a FT permanent Social Navigator & Intake worker (10 hr shifts, 4 days a week). We are looking for compassionate, caring and self-driven individuals to join shelter team. Under the direct supervision of the Safe Home Manager, the Social Navigator provides non-judgmental support, attends the 24 hour intake line, advocacy and resource information to potential on and off reserve Indigenous residents and shelter guests overnight.
