Description Job Summary: Assists in the preparation and service of food and performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain assigned areas of the kitchen and dining rooms in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. Hours of Work: 6:30 am - 3 pm shift, 64-80 hours/2 week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday rotation, as required by the union contract. Schedule may vary from pay period to pay period.
