Description Job Summary: Assists in the preparation and service of food and performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain assigned areas of the kitchen and dining rooms in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. Hours of Work: As scheduled, mostly 4-8 pm shift; may include weekdays, holidays and evenings. Per union contract, every other weekend is required. Schedule may vary from pay period to pay period.
