In coordination with the Family Finding and Child Welfare Director, the Child Family Team Meeting Facilitator will hold Child and Family Team Meetings to establish a strong permanency plan for clients. *This position can be based out of one of our following offices: Ottawa, Aurora, Crystal Lake, Princeton, or Rockford.
