The inpatient team will be responsible for: - All hospital admissions, discharges and daily rounding for all medical patients - Attending daily multidisciplinary rounds - Responding to codes (ACLS required) - Accompanying patients on transfer to higher level hospitals if required. - Learners: at least one provider of the 3 on for each 24h period should be willing to work with learners; adjunct professorship not required, but available through McMaster if interested - It will be the responsibility of the provider to arrange for coverage in unable to work the week they are assigned.…
