This position is primarily telehealth, with in-person visits conducted mainly in our Columbia office. Providers should also be willing to occasionally see patients at other locations such as Rock Hill when needed. The role will begin as a 1099 independent contractor with part time hours and is expected to grow into full time hours as the caseload builds.
