Responsibilities : 1. Participates in screening of clients, gathering of necessary admission information/data, and observation of physical, mental, and emotional status of admitted clients. 2. Works cooperatively with the program manager to meet the treatment needs of each client. Must assume a rotating caseload. 3. Provides individual and group counseling sessions to residents, this includes motivation, support and encouragement for client goals. 4.
