Job Duties: Intake, handling, moving of drill core boxes and pallets with a pallet jack, forklift or by hand. Setting out boxes on tables, open boxes arrange in order, checking them for block footage errors. Photographing drill core, QA/QC of photo quality, labeling and sorting of core photos. Conduct specific gravity measurements, point load, and/or various in-situ tests. Cut core as per training procedure with automatic or manual wet saw, checking for and inserting QA/QC samples.
