Summary This position will work as part of our Family and Youth Housing team to support young adults (ages 18-24) living in a supportive housing apartment building in Edina, MN. The goals of the program are to partner with young adults to obtain and retain stable housing, increase economic resources, and improve overall stability outcomes for each household.
