Responsibilities - Acquire new partners through personal industry network, outreach, conferences and specialised communities. - Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affiliates. Increase volumes, expand into new GEOs, and improve overall traffic quality. - Negotiate and structure commercial terms across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL models, while protecting network margin. - Own the P&L of the assigned portfolio, including payout levels, caps, ROI per offer and partner profitability. - Monitor traffic quality in cooperation with advertisers.
