Position Summary: The Customary Care Supervisor is responsible for managing the team of child welfare workers within the Sandy Bay Main Office. The incumbent is responsible for the transition of service delivery from court related services to contracting services between the agency, care giver, and family. In addition to supporting the children, youth, and families in maintaining family connections with an end goal of reunification wherever possible.
