POSITION SUMMARY: The Communicable Disease Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of Communicable Diseases, Tuberculosis, Immunizations, Laboratory Services, OSHA, Safety, and Hazards Communication programs. This position is also responsible for reporting, investigating and surveillance of local reportable diseases and outbreaks, as well as working collaboratively with state and regional IDPH staff. II.
