Description General Job Summary The Mortgage Insurance Specialist is responsible for duties related to servicing insurance loans (Private Mortgage Insurance, FHA, Rural Housing/USDA, and Optional Insurance). Process and reconcile monthly invoices, transfer and/or activate certificates/cases on new loans based on open item reports, cancel certificates/cases on paid-off loans, process customer requested waivers and scheduled terminations.
