Description SUMMARY The 2nd shift Bulk Milk Receiving Operator is responsible for unloading raw milk trucks, separating it, and transferring it into tanks/trucks by completing manual hose hookups from the truck to the tank. Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm. Rotational weekend and holiday work is required.
