Description Position Summary: This individual will proactively advocate on behalf of our clients. This position is responsible for an alpha split pertaining to commercial lines clients in Tiers 3&4. This person may also be assigned specific accounts as needed. This role will manage the claims lifecycle from inception to conclusion as appropriate depending on the Tier. During that time, the main focus will be to assist the client with their claim and any concerns surrounding the claims process.
