Part of this role includes giving orientation training in front of groups of 5-20 people. This training happens 2-3 times per week for general greenhouse workers during this timeframe. Because we contact both local candidates and individuals that are part of our H-2A visa program, conversational fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for this role. In March & April, this position transitions from greenhouse hiring to assist with our InColor Retail hiring.
