Job Summary: Canyon Rim Shift leads accomplish their responsibilities of both behavior techs and supervising the shift. They create weekly schedules for their team, ensuring that the proper shift coverage is completed on each shift. Any gaps that may be caused by employees calling out will be both the staff and the shift lead’s responsibility to fill. The shift lead will also work to create a positive workflow within their team that follows policies and procedures and supports the residents.
