We provide training covering the technology and business processes for this position. This position requires a physical, on-site presence in our data center. It follows a compressed four-day work week with three 12-hour shifts (Sunday-Tuesday) plus one half-day (6-hour) shift (Wednesday). Shift rotations are set a year in advance. Shifts may occasionally be adjusted, typically with advance notice, to ensure adequate coverage is maintained in the data center at all times.
