Description PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is looking for a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (LCADC) and Approved Supervisor to work in the medical department at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson, MD. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours 8:00am - 4:30pm. We are currently offering a $5,000 sign on bonus!
