Description We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Associate Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our DMPK and bioanalysis laboratory. This role oversees in-house screening and bioanalytical work, coordinates outsourced studies with contract research organizations (CROs), and ensures the timely delivery of study results across our diverse portfolio spanning small molecules, targeted protein degraders, and ADCs.
