Job Summary Under the general supervision of the PACU Supervisor and Director of Perioperative Services, the PACU RN is responsible for recovery nursing care and includes coordinating the delivery of care for post-anesthesia patients immediately following surgical procedures, so that the physical, psychological, safety, rehabilitative and education needs of patients and their family members are met.
