Responsible for the proper maintenance and sanitization of all silos, milk lines, cream lines, blend lines, whey lines, separators and cream tanks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 1. Manually disassembles and cleans samplers, activators and valves. 2. Checks and replaces worn gaskets and o-rings. 3. Replaces QMI samplers when needed, not less than once per week. 4. Ensures silo’s are inspected and initialed before reassembling.
