Individuals in this position will regularly work one to three times per week and occasionally in preparation for events. Wall Maintenance Specialists are responsible for working safely and efficiently to prepare the climbing areas for routesetting rotations. They will also maintain in good condition all wall sections in the climbing area, as well as wash and sort climbing holds and volumes.
