The Settlement Reconciliation and Recovery Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of settlement activity, bank and ledger balances, merchant funding, and outstanding exceptions (i.e.: ACH returns, refunds and chargebacks). The role performs daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure merchant funding accuracy, investigates financial exceptions, and drives the recovery of funds from merchants when balances become delinquent, rejected, or otherwise uncollectible through normal processing.
