The Maintenance Technician 2 will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of an 81-unit, Senior & Disabled, independent living, high-rise building. Skills needed will include; Plumbing, Electrical, Light HVAC (no certification needed) Carpentry and Custodial. This is a full-time position that works daylight hours. On-call time will be required to cover for any emergency repairs after hours and on weekends. The on-call schedule rotates with the other maintenance person.
