ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Record incoming customer payments via EFT and/or checks. - Make collection calls to customers. - Answer incoming customer calls. - Problem-solve and analyze data. - Assist and direct customers to the new payment portal. - Responsible for the AR Aging and maintaining the aging stays clean.
