PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The RMIC (Raw Materials/ ingredient Coordinator) is responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate and adequate inventory of High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, and vinegar to support both day and night shift operations at the main plant and at the DC. The RMIC is responsible for releasing orders from established contracts, testing, unloading product and record keeping associated with these raw materials.
