POSITION SUMMARY The Resident Assistant serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team that advocates for and support residents of E Street. The Resident Assistant is an essential staff role ensuring the safety of the building, enforcing program rules, serving as a part of the emergency response team, and communicating with case managers to ensure that clients are receiving the case management services that they need.
