The Saw & Score Machine Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of power saws to slot, cut, and trim raw materials, including corrugated paper and plastic. Operators are responsible for correctly choosing and installing blades on machinery used by hand-tools and verifying the dimensions of finished materials using measuring devices. They may perform additional tasks such as loading saws and monitoring sawing operations and replacing damaged or worn saw blades.
