The purpose of this position is to monitor and screen all waste and recyclable materials delivered by residents to County Recycle Centers. This position assists the public in placing materials in proper containers, monitors container volume, and maintains site appearance and safety. Duties include opening and closing the facility, assisting drivers with container changes, sorting recyclables, removing contaminants, monitoring waste disposal, and directing residents to appropriate containers.
