Reporting to the Assistant Library Director, the Branch Lead oversees daily branch operations and directly supervises assigned branch staff. This hands-on role combines staff leadership with patron assistance, circulation, Storytimes, community outreach, and routine cleaning and upkeep. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people of all ages, takes initiative, and is comfortable pitching in wherever needed to keep a small community library running smoothly.
