Requirements - High School Diploma or GED. - Graduate of a NAACLS-accredited MLT program or completion of a 50-week military MLT program. - MLT I: MLT certification or ability to obtain within (1) year of hire and successful completion of a (6) month laboratory clinical rotation (moderate to high complexity testing). - MLT II: MLT certification and at least (2) years of medical lab generalist experience (moderate to high complexity testing). - Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification — must apply within (1) month of hire and obtain within (4) months.
