Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift provides after-hours nursing assessments, telephone triage, clinical guidance, and in-person care to hospice patients and their families. Reporting to the Clinical Manager or designee, the RN exercises independent clinical judgment to assess patient needs, respond to changes in condition, manage symptoms within the established plan of care, and determine when additional clinical intervention or an in-person visit is needed.
