Description POSITION SUMMARY: The DPP Coordinator leads the YMCA’s grant-funded Diabetes Prevention Program throughout Southeastern North Carolina. This position oversees daily operations, facilitates evidence-based lifestyle change sessions, supports participant success, supervises DPP Lifestyle Coaches, and manages outreach, enrollment, program data, and grant reporting. Working closely with the Community Health Director and community partners, the coordinator expands access to diabetes prevention services across the region.
