POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager is a dedicated, single-project role responsible for the new construction of SMI’s own semi-submersible barge at our Anacortes shipyard. Unlike our other project management roles, which support multiple outside clients at once, this position owns one internal build from start to finish and is the primary point of accountability for delivering the barge on schedule, within budget, and to specification. Because SMI is both the builder and the owner, the Project Manager is expected to bring the same cost and schedule discipline an outside owner would demand.…
