The Lead Safety Advisor is responsible for day-to-day monitoring, observation and auditing of contracted crews performing work in client electrical substations. This position will ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and State and Federal Codes governing work. This position will act as the boots on the ground lead for all other Safety Management Group associates performing safety services under this proposed contract.
