This position supports families in the coordination of services and resources throughout their time in our Early Support program. Family Resources Coordinator’s serve as the family’s primary contact while they are receiving Early Support services and ensure that all services are provided in compliance with Part C regulations. FRCs facilitate the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with each family, and they ensure that services are provided in natural environments, including inclusive playgroups, the home, and community settings – this may include secure virtual settings.
