JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on supervisor responsible for leading the efforts of the maintenance team to ensure the property is in top condition. Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
