Position Summary The Individual Giving Assistant supports the Individual Giving team in stewarding The Frick Collection’s members and donors and providing a high level of customer service. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Individual Giving, the Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for members by phone and email, supports donor acknowledgement and stewardship processes, and helps maintain accurate and up-to-date database records.
