We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who not only has the technical skills to repair and maintain our communities, but also the leadership mindset to set the standard for service, teamwork, and resident care. Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. - Rotating on-call schedule: 7 consecutive days (including nights and weekends), averaging only every 9-10 weeks.
