This role supports employees, keeps production flowing, prioritizes warranty and replacement work, and makes sure the team has the materials, information, and direction needed for a safe and productive shift. The ideal candidate leads by example, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to step in wherever the team needs support.
