Description JOB SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Laboratory Director, the Medical Technologist will independently perform routine and complex laboratory procedures, testing on medical specimens, may collect other bodily fluid specimens, label and transport specimens to the lab, input data into the computer and report results of laboratory tests in accordance with TJC, federal, state, and local guidelines, organizational and departmental policies, and procedures.
