Description CSPNJ a mental health nonprofit agency is looking for a full-time Rapid Rehousing Specialist in Essex County. Under the supervision of the Diversion Supervisor, the Rapid Rehousing Specialist is responsible for supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in obtaining and maintaining safe, stable, and appropriate housing. As part of a county-funded program, the Specialist assists eligible individuals with accessing housing resources, including HUD-VASH vouchers and available income supports.
