Description JOB SUMMARY: The Bilingual (English and Spanish) Collector will initiate customer contact and determine reason for delinquency; evaluates customer’s financial situations and negotiates terms of repayment to bring account current. This position is also responsible for skip tracing and research of delinquent accounts. Collectors must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and all compliance regulations.
