This position has primary responsibility for coordinating the accounts payable function. Ensure all incoming payables (invoices, travel credit cards and/or other reimbursements) are properly reviewed, allocated, coded, approved, input, and paid according to terms. Prepare reports as necessary, including annual 1099 and 1096 Forms. Primary Responsibilities - Responsible for reviewing payable vouchers approved by Program Managers, ensuring accuracy of pertinent information in addition to adherence with NCQA policies.
