DEFINITION OF THE ROLE Under the direction of the Director of Equity and Engagement , the NBRC Person-Centered Thinking Coordinator leads NBRC’s strategic objectives related to self-advocacy and Person-Centered Thinking (PCT), coordinating the strategic objectives and regional efforts to build capacity for person-centered practices. This position is responsible for the development and integration of person-centered practices internally and with NBRC’s external community partners.
