The Residential Aide is responsible for direct services to residents of the Safe Haven Program, ensuring that daily scheduled activities are carried out, and assists in meeting the basis needs of the residents. The Residential Aide should, in his/her relationship with clients and other staff, model healthy, supportive behavior and good coping skills.
