This position requires flexibility. While the primary shift is between the hours of 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, applicants must be willing to be flexible with scheduling when needed, including weekends, holidays, and occasional additional coverage. This is an awake overnight position. The DSP must remain alert and available throughout the entire shift to provide support and respond to the needs of the individuals in the home.
