POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Child Care Director and in accordance with the mission and purpose of the Ann Arbor YMCA, the Child Watch Lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Child Watch program. The Child Watch Lead will work directly with the Child Care Director to develop programs and activities that cater to children ages 4 months to 12 years. The Child Watch Lead will supervise and work alongside other Child Watch Team Members to ensure the safety of children in our care, as well as maintaining the Child Watch program and it’s space.…
